I am a versatile expert and coach with over 25 years of practical experience in leadership and business. As one of Finland’s pioneers in regenerative business and leadership, I have a deep understanding of systemic change. I hold an Executive MBA, a law degree, and certifications as an individual and team coach.
WhyCo is a member of the Finnish Venture Capital Association and FIBS (Finnish business and society network). From 2023 to 2024, WhyCo was a FIBS Partner focused on regenerative business and systems thinking, and our collaboration with FIBS continues in 2025. In 2025, I am also an agent member at Puistokatu 4.
